Especialmente por la zona de la Costa del Sol – Malaga, Marbella que es donde actualmente vivo ofrezco mas eventos y talleres de diferente modalidad, alguna vez he invitado algún/a terapeuta cualificado para enriquecer la sesión, añado algún tipo de brunch, matcha o zumos orgánicos para irnos con buen sabor de boca.

The idea of ​​Yoga & Brunch is a practice of asanas with guided meditation in both Spanish or English (depending on the language) and breakfast to choose from a Mediterranean breakfast that is a very varied Spanish breakfast or a Healthy breakfast that is becoming vegan.

This day in particular was a surprise, that’s why they wanted to do something more special and different and the truth is that it turned out just as I wanted, it is true that many times we are not owners of the time on the day that the event is to be held, but we are consequent that the desire and the company in friendship is not an excuse to practice yoga and a well-deserved breakfast, which by the way, the sun came out.

I would also like to say that I am highly qualified in food handling and cooking.
